| The Community HealthNet will host its 13th Annual Breast Cancer Walkathon on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Marquette Park. Registration begins at 9 am and the walk starts at 10 am. The proceeds raised from this event are used to provide much needed health services to women in our area. Thanks to agencies and individuals like you, your donations have helped us to provide pap smears, mammograms and breast ultrasounds to help detect breast and cervical cancer and improve the quality of life for those uninsured individuals which we serve. Enclosed are the registration and sponsorship forms for this event. Please select your level of support or put together a team of walkers. Make all checks payable to the Community HealthNet.
